UltraLife PM Fulfillment I have sent back bottles of this to them and ask for a refund to my credit card and they keep sending and charging my credit card South Jordan Utah

I only ask for a one month trial of UltrLIfe PM Fulfillment and at that time they asked for my credit card number. For over 6 months now, they have continued sending me bottles of this monthly and monthly charges are made to my credit card. I have sent these bottles back and asked for a refund to my credit card and they have not done either. I just received another bottle today.
