Ultrafitness.com - Ultrapm ripoff, refused to cancel, lied about the process to cancel, refused to refund the money they took from me after I called the first time to cancel the supposed account. Jordan Utah

I checked my account just today October 1st, 2005 and noticed that instead of canceling the account they lower the amount being charged to my card to $24 twice in a month. I called again today to find out what was going on, since I cancelled all of this.
The customer support person refused to give me a refund, said I signed up for it and they wouldn't cancel it. If I wanted to cancel it I would have to go to their website, he said to go ultrafitness.com, which is not a working website to cancel the account.
I've since called my bank to go through the hassel of removing the charges that way.
