UnbeatableSale.com Failed to replace goods damaged in shipping in a timely manner Lakewood New Jersey

I recieved a fireplace screen from this compny that was damaged in shipping. I sent photos to the comapny and asked for a repalcement. They refused pending an investigation and claim they intended to file with the shipper. The time frame was unknown, weeks at a minimum. They refused to replace the screen or refund my credit card until they had a satisfactory outcome of their claim with the shipper. That would take an unknown amount of time and who knows what the outcome would be... What if the shipper refused to take responsibility for the damage?  The company was putting me in the middle of their dispute.... All I wanted to do was use my fireplace.

So, I cancelled the order with UnbeatableSales.com, told them they could send someone for the damaged screen and filed a dispute with my credit card company... I still await that refund. I ordered the screen from somewhere else so I can enjoy the holidays. I don't know if I will ever see my money refunded by UnbeatableSale.com.

This company failed to provide reasonable coustomer service. They seem incapable of solving the problem in a logical manner...They could have simply sent a replacment.... And then dealt with the shipper and the damage. Apparently I was to be held hostage until they sorted out everything to thier liking... All the while I am supposed to wait weeks or months until they felt like doing something for me.

Anyone considering purchasing from UnbeatableSales.com better hope everything is perfect becasue if you not, look out....They don't seem to care much about providing good service. Good luck getting a refund of your money until it suits them. And if there is any problem with the shipping don't expect any help...At least that was my experience. Never again with UnbeatableSal.com
