at its best!

I purchased a mattress set in January, 2012 and its gone back ever since. Had to pay a delivery charge and they wouldn't even pick up the old mattress/foundation.  Later that evening we noticed staples coming through the foundation. Called the Arlington store on Cooper.  The Manger, Kevin, told us the customer service would call us to schedule a replacement.

Tempie, the customer service, tried to convince me there was nothing wrong with it! And the delivery guys had turned it up side down.  Please??  After many phone calls with Tempie, they finally replaced it with no delivery charge.

Four months later, the foundation is breaking down and squeeks every time we get on it.  Again, I called the Cooper store and they referred me to Tempie.  Again, I get the run-around and she'll have to call me back in a few days.  Refused to give me name of general manager. On call back, she will replace the foundation at a delivery charge of $79 or we have to take it in and make sure its clean.  Am I going to replace it every 4 months ??  Finally getting the name of the store manager, Keith, from another store, I paid a visit to the Division store.  Explained to Keith the situation.  He wrote up a ticket assuring me they would deliver a replacement at NO cost to me and would have customer service to call me for a schedule.  Guess what?  Tempie called me and said Keith had no say in this and I would pay the delivery.  Again, refused to give me name or even have the general manager to call us. Put me on hold twice and finally said they will call me at the end of next week to set up a date, and made it very clear they would not do this again, and we had to get a different color.

Six days later, she calls and said we had to pay a delivery charge or bring it in ourselves.  Reminded her of our conversation and she denied it.

I am in customer relations at my company and have been for over 20 years.  Professionals would never treat customers in that manner.  At least ones that want repeat customers and referrals.

Beware of this company!
