United Air Comfort Inc. I made a call to the following number 1888-703-2653 that I got off an ad stating a full air conditioning service and tune up for $29.99. I was in need so I called.

A service time was set and a "service man" showes up in a black 2 door car to do the work. Was here for less than 30 minutes and left my home with out my home having cool air. I called the company and spoke with xxxxx at extention 121.He told me he could not refund me for the service. and ask me to let them come service me again but with the understanding if any work was to be done i would be charged for the work.

I refussed to have service from them and wanted a refund. I was asked then to fax a copy of the invoice to him and he would return my call after looking over the invoice.I have not heard a word its been over 48 hours. I have learned a lesson not to do business with any one untill investagating them first. As farr as this company action will be taken and they need their license jerked if they even have them.

Being an honest person and being treated in the manner that United Air Company has treated us I do not apperciate it at all.

I my self will take action and Mr xxxxx has not heard the last words from me.People such as Uninted Air Company are considered as theft by deception and ever one that has been scamed by this company should take action against them because this is not right and should not be tolerated from united air or any other company period

Stacy smith@license.state.tx.us advises that (2) complaints are being investigated by license dept.#TACLB019460C.against Mark Cuthbertson the primary licensee for the united air comfort company in Texas.

Also, the arizona registrar of contractors has (3) open cases pending investigation regarding the complaints filed against united air comfort in Arizona License #ROC162507.www.state.az.us for information as needed by arizona residents.

please excuse the spelling in the first report I should of cooled down a little more before typing the report:-)



yet I have not heard a word from United air comfort after faxing a copy of the work done to the main office. Futher more I was giving the wrong number to fax the invoice to the company.



I understand that all consumers should check out the company before getting service from any company , but we all learn as we grow.



United air comfort DOES NOT care about the customer. I called on a 29.00 service charge and was charged a total of $79.00.with no work done. Futhermore the technition welcomed him self in to my home and before leaving wrote his name and home phone number down on a notebook then handed it to my husband making the statement if you ever need a deal just call me i will set you up.



When calling United air comfort and explaining my concern as a customer i got no response just ruddness, was told i would hear back from them with in a two day period and i have not heard a word from any one at United air comfort.



and "if" all techs are certified will some one please explain to me why i was told my coils wear the cleanest coils the tech had ever seen.

then when calling a real company out to my home for service i find out my coils need replacing.



now i see the presedent on media. you have to watch this! go to

www.united air comfort.net the president of uninted air comfort explains just how the company will teach you a trade and how to use some tools to make around $100.00 a day.this is a big ripp off joke to the company and all of those that work for the company i see no morals in them.
