Union Moving and Delivery A Company that can't be trusted and the owner is a big lier and money hungery thieft Atlanta, Georgia

I hired Union movers to pack and move my furniture into a storage facility  which I was told that they had, I later learned that they had no storage my furniture went into a Public storage. My payments was 300.00 a month and than they kept going up. At some point they did move into a warehouse. Every month the owner would call me to tell me that I owe money after I paid my storage bill he claim that I owe him late charges. I kept my furniture in storage for 2 years because I was moving back to New Orleans to fix my house that was destroyed by hurricane Katrine. So in February of 2010 I gotten a call from Mr. Raphael to say that I need to move my goods because he needed the space and he was filing bankruptcy  and the warehouse needed to be cleared out, later I learned that was a lie. But anyway I did arrange to have my furniture deliver to me that arrive not on the day I schedule but a week later. I had to send Mr. Raphael 3500.00 via Western Union and after he receive that money he had someone by the name of Rin to tell me that I had another charge of 2300.00 because my storage bill was pass due and I had late charges.

At the time I had no more money so I made arrangement with him to deliver the furniture and I will give his drivers the 2300 in which I did. Upon arrival to the storage company In New Orleans in which only i  had the key to it. The driver refuse to open the truck by the request of the owner until I pay him the 2,300 in cash. Upon unloading the furniture I was told that if I wanted to keep the blankets that was on the furniture I had to pay 300.00 I give them a check and later stop payment on it. When the truck was half way empty I noticed that my washer and dryer was missing. I ask the driver where was the washer and dryer he reply that he didn't load it on the truck I call the company and spoke with Raphael and he stated that they forgot it but he would deliver it in 2 weeks because he had another truck to come to my area . So I finish my house and move my furniture into my house and after unpacking I had several items missing, large items that some couldn't be replaced. But to top it off my computer was missing it was packed in the box with the monitor keyboard and printer, I only have the keyboard and the monitor. That tells me someone went through the boxes.

I had a large Vase That I took out of the nasty dirty hurricane water and clean it up and wanted to hold on to it because that was the only thing I was able to salvage, and that was stolen. Bed linens and a box ox of Lennox China that meant a lot to me because it had been in my family for more than 60 years. I call Raphael to inquired about these things and he was clueless of what I was saying until he block my phone number out of his phone. The one time I did speak with him I call from someone else phone and the lady lied and said that he was out of the country, a hour later I had my friend who live in Ga. to call from her phone with a 770 area code and she did speak to him after she explain to him the problem he hung the phone up in her face. We need to put this company out of business he now is going under the name of Angels movers. Also because my computer with all my information stored in it I did become a victim of identy theft so that's another problem. I tell anyone who decides to hire a mover do you homework first.
