I Have a family to provide for, I sent Union Workers Credit Services money... the last of it, thinking I was going to get this credit card. that money could of went to much more than just a scam! I demand my money back and I want them to suffer the consequences of being a fraud!
I also sent them a check, i have alot of questions that need to be answered, as if they can use my bank account numbers on the check?, How did they find me? etc..

They probably found you due to your applying for credit in the past and being denied. I would try to contact their customer service. In reading others reviews they seem to be very unhelpful. You can complain the BBB and the FTC my guess if there is a large portion of the population then a lawsuit may come to fruition.
Notify your bank as well for possible fraud just in case someone tries to use your bank account information. If you get offers like this in future and if they have a return envelope. Stuff it full of paper so they are charged for it when it is mailed back. They have to pay the postage fees. That is what I do with these ridiculous offers.
Thats about all I can tell you to do, sorry you lost your money.
