These people are a TOTAL RIP OFF!! BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM...
America is falling asleep with so much distracting crap.. TV.. CELLPHONES.. we're all busy doing something all the time.. and that's when sneeaky slimy and dirty scammers come along and make their day, week or even year.
I'm talking about a simple address change.. turned into a $39.95 fee.. sometimes even more.. these people are playing with fire.. they are using false advertisement and redirecting people from the USPS website to theirs .. also they tried to make their website look like the USPS (to me they dont look alike, maybe because i pay attention to everything) anyways, they also make people fill a form and never mention the fee.
They do have small paragraph in a light gray color, that a disctracted speedy eye won't read... and boom! you're charged $39.95... or if you try to leave the page it prompts you a message with an offer for $19.95... they try to catch you anyways!! JESUS!!! After aa few hours you realize you have this amount charge into you account! SURPRISE SURPRISE!!
Then you have to call their costumer service, sometimes you get american / latino's, some others , if you are not lucky enough, you get indians who barely know what they are talking about and don't seem to make sense at all...they have your information all Credit card number, new and old address name phone email.. GOSH! this is creepy! really creepy...
They you ask for a full refund ASAP, since you thought they were the USPS but they prompt you OFFERS... $20 bucks and $25 idk what "gift voucher"... then $30 bucks.. they are squeezing it so you keep the effin service... NO NO NO I WANT A FULL REFUND ARE YOU DOING YOUR JOB RIGHT?? any ways.. they finally agree to give you a full refund then it takes the longest for the money to get back and some of your mail may be lost.
PLEASE AMERICA OPEN YOUR EYES WHEN YOU'RE DOING IMPORTANT S*** ON THE INTERNET SO NONE OF YA'LL GET SCAMMED!!!
