He should be willing to talk to you since he always tells everyone how much he cares for his employees and customers. 561-212-1698 and 561-395-2676 are direct lines to Mr. Berch. GOOD LUCK Let him know how you feel this is also a 24hr emergency numbers if you've had a United Tech at your home and now have no heat or a/c.
