Dear consumers, I am so very sorry for the pain and loss I have caused. I was a technician in Tukwilla WA. and then soon went into management for this company. I went all around the country fixing stores, setting up new locations, training technicians. Training new managers to do exactly what I was doing...Ripping you off!!!
At the time, we did not know what we were doing. Mark Berch is the owner of the company with his brother Ian. I looked up to them as they talked a good game. They made you feel like you were on top of the world. They have that power of deception! I should have known not to trust a used car salesman!
Mark and Ian trained us how to be "technicians" And there were some that learned a lot and actually understood how to fix AC and heating units. Most did not. The entire company is a scam, and I am in the planning process of writing a book about my experiences. (If anyone reading can help me with that, sending me information, emails, how you were screwed as an employee...etc...I will leave my email addy for you. Oh, I need a willing publisher too!!!) Anyway, Mark trained us how to go out and satisfy the customer. At first glance, this is what we were doing...however, if you look deeper into the meetings, and the traning, you would understand that we were being trained to rip off the public.
"Technicians" are used and abused, if you are not a good scammer, brining in the top dollars, you will not work, however, you have to be kept around to do all the s**t jobs that the "good" techs won't touch. Managers are used even more than the techs! Go to the office at 6 am, even though the jobs do not start until 8am, open up shop, listen to a madman rant and rave about how he is getting ripped off because the dollar averages are not high enough, send the techs out to jobs, and sit in the office until the last tech gets in sometimes after 10 pm. I s**t you not, sometimes I was in that office from 6am until midnight. I worked 6 days a week, and had no family time whatsoever!
Well, I will add more to this later...everyone who works or manages for United can agree with what I am saying...There is so much to tell that I want to put it into book format. Help me publish it and let's shut down this guy!
