Dear consumers, I am so very sorry for the pain and loss I have caused. I was a technician in Tukwilla WA. and then soon went into management for this company. I went all around the country fixing stores, setting up new locations, training technicians. Training new managers to do exactly what I was doing...Ripping you off!!!
At the time, we did not know what we were doing. Mark Berch is the owner of the company with his brother Ian. I looked up to them as they talked a good game. They made you feel like you were on top of the world. They have that power of deception! I should have known not to trust a used car salesman!

Mark and Ian trained us how to be "technicians" And there were some that learned a lot and actually understood how to fix AC and heating units. Most did not. The entire company is a scam, and I am in the planning process of writing a book about my experiences. (If anyone reading can help me with that, sending me information, emails, how you were screwed as an employee...etc...I will leave my email addy for you. Oh, I need a willing publisher too!!!) Anyway, Mark trained us how to go out and satisfy the customer. At first glance, this is what we were doing...however, if you look deeper into the meetings, and the traning, you would understand that we were being trained to rip off the public.

"Technicians" are used and abused, if you are not a good scammer, brining in the top dollars, you will not work, however, you have to be kept around to do all the shit jobs that the "good" techs won't touch. Managers are used even more than the techs! Go to the office at 6 am, even though the jobs do not start until 8am, open up shop, listen to a madman rant and rave about how he is getting ripped off because the dollar averages are not high enough, send the techs out to jobs, and sit in the office until the last tech gets in sometimes after 10 pm. I shit you not, sometimes I was in that office from 6am until midnight. I worked 6 days a week, and had no family time whatsoever!

Well, I will add more to this later...everyone who works or manages for United can agree with what I am saying...There is so much to tell that I want to put it into book format. Help me publish it and let's shut down this guy!

As the Texas license holder,"qualifier as united calls us" I can say first hand of how this Company treats their employees. Mark Berch, is a one smooth operator as far as scamming people. I visited the Fla. based operations in 2002 to get a look at how things are ran and to finally meet the Berch Brothers. Boy, did my eyes get opened to some of the most dirty deeds anyone can do. It was then I made my mind to pull my license from United and discontinue dealings with thwe Berch's. Anyone reading this who may know me, I am truely sorry for any inconvenience this company cause you while I was associated with them. At this time, I have 13 complaints registered with TDLR and of those 2 are on my public record for all to see. At this time, Dec.2003, I still am dealing with TDLR for a call that was mishandled back in July 2002. THANKS MARK!! But hindsight is 20/20. If I had checked them out a liitle better before I hooked up with them, I would not have spent almost 2 years worrying. Advice to all...check out the company you call before you get burned as myself and another license holder in Texas did. Oh, Mark Berch, "What comes around, goes around"

well...i have good news and some bad news. the good news is, united air comfort is closing its doors in all states but calif. and fl., here is the bad news, they still have a windows dept. they are with treco windows. they say they will change there name so customers will not know they run it. for those managers that are reading this, i will tell you that 11/8 or 11/14 will be your last day from what i was told in the meeting today. if you want to find out yourself, call mark berch @ 888-703-2653 ext. 7128 or ian berch @ 888-703-2653 ext. 7111 or mike wilson 734-266-2007 they will tell you if your store is closing down. or you might want to call tony castaneda in vegas 702-362-6469. the best way to find out is to call customer sevice and book a job.... if they tell you that you are booked up, well then you might say your shop is closing. and call this number just for the hell of it916-717-5752, thats good ole' carlos zavala from sacramento. anybody that works in dispatch or customer service may also want to look for a job.
