We called the office and were told that he would be coming out the next day. Upon calling the office the next morning to confirm, I got the runaround. We spoke to a Tamara (customer service) about our issue after not receiving a call-back that was offered and communicated the lack of follow up from the company and she assured, even guaranteed me, that they would have some sort of plan in place by 6pm that evening. Well that never happened. Not only has there not been a fix put into place for our A/C, we never got a call updating us on the situation. Each time I call the company to get an update I get Tamara's voicemail. No call-back, nothing.
I am beginning to wonder if the original complaint found on this site is true... sales reps not technicians handle these calls.
