United, didn't the American Tax payer bail your sorry company out a few years back when it was failing for the same reason it continues to fail? People who have the grace to still purchase tickets from you should not be rewarded by you profiteering from change fees 2 days after booking a flight 3 months in advance. Complete and total BS.
This is precisely why you had to file chapter 11 AFTER we all bailed you out. Your service sucks, your view towards satisfying your customer base sucks. Thats not opinion, thats fact. Just google "United airlines reviews" to see the public opinion about your "service". So long as I live, I will tell every single person I meet about the horrible experience I have had with your airlines.
Congratulations on making a dollar off from my unfortunate situation- Rest assured that that dollar will cost you thousands upon thousands in lost business from myself, my company, and everyone that I know over the period of my life time and my future generations. Here is the first of many complaint boards and forums for me to let the world know about you.

UAL wasn't bailed out.

POSTED: Wednesday, July 04, 2012Change fees are common for most airlines, usually $100 to $150 per flight. I'm not saying that it's right or justified. It's something you have to take into consideration when booking so far in advance.

POSTED: Wednesday, July 04, 2012sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report. In this case we removed an alleged competitors name
