United Airport Parking takes online reservations for parking at hotels around the Miami airport. You must pay in advance online, then on the day of your "reservation" you are supposed to go to the hotel and park your car for the duration of your trip. Problem is, when you get to the hotel, they do not know anything about the so called parking program.
Most hotels in that area charge $10 per day to park. United Airport Parking charges in the area of $5 per day - very attractive, if it were true. I was a victim of this scam, I sent emails to United Airport Parking, left messages on their listed phone number, and after 3 months still have not received any response from them. Stay away from United Airport Parking, lest you, too, become a victim of this scam.

We're not quite sure what went wrong with your parking experience. We have been in business for 15 years and most of the Miami hotels we feature have been on our sites for several years. Also, it's quite possible that the hotel you had an issue with is no longer featured on our website.
All parking lots honor the rates because they themselves set the rate. Please keep in mind that United Airport Parking has nothing to do with how a hotel or parking lot operates itself. We are a simply a third-party booking website, no different from the various sites that you can book hotels, flights, and car rentals on.
We are very sorry for your bad experience.
