Second, promised completion time kept moving back... unable to meet, let alone set timetables or deadlines.
When they designed the building, one problem after another when installation time finally came because the sign was not properly designed for the building wall. The person who designed it, never saw the property, and didn't make proper allowances for the structure. As a result, installation delayed approximately one week while they scratched their heads trying to correct the problem.
Once installation complete, it took less than one year for problems to result. Namely the main sign wouldn't light. An additional bands of neon also went out. It took over 3 weeks for them to get out, and an additional week to get the neon tubes replaced. Something that during the install was able to handle within 24 hours, suddenly took day... but of course they weren't working for money... just warranty!
In addition, we found out that IT WAS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to inform their office as to what THEIR EMPLOYEE was doing on the job. WE ARE A CLIENT, WE ARE NOT THEIR MANAGEMENT OR SUPERVISORS. Management in this company is COMPLETELY LACKING in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, LET ALONE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
When pressed at this time about the time factor, we were told that they had other jobs to finish before they could get to us. Good to be a paid up customer wanting warranty work! Now, another year gone by, and we have the same problem as before with the main sign. After THREE WEEKS of trying to get someone out, and NO CONTACT from them regarding the delay (only emails back after we complained about the time frame), Korra L.Harrison - Office Manager said that she couldn't meet the promised times, so she decided that she would get to it later. AND STILL NO CONTACT EXPLAINING WHY THEY COULDN'T MEET THEIR PROMISES!!!
After 4 different requests for service, AND 4 no shows, they blew it off and showed no dismay when told (in writing) that complaints would be lodged online regarding them BEWARE - YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, OR WITH ANYONE FROM THEIR NAMED MARCUS, RICKY, OR KORRA!
Save your money and get a professional company.
