United American Insurance Company Never, ever heard of this Co. Never, Ever applied for any type of a Permanent Life Plan? Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I have been taken astride with this so-called company. I have never in my entire life have heard of, applied for any services, contacted a agent or even read about them in any type of media?
The awful truth is that I was going through my bank statements and I saw where this Co had been electronically taking money from my daughter's account each month of $23.00 for over 3 years!! She contacted me and I told her that I never allowed for a cancelled check to be given to this Co.to foward to life insurance. We both tried to make some sense of this with a phone call, but as your readers all know It's the same sad story.
This was extremely illegal as to how they got my daughter's bank account number in the first place. Some agent said that it was given at the time and that they had proof. I still waiting for the cancelled check with my daughter' signature on it as to when this was done.
This has been almost four months ago. However, I recieved a letter stating that my policy is now in default and that they are looking for some sort of monetary payment to renewed the premium. I'm fed up and have been trying to contact someone regarding this manner.
The nerve of this Co.first to steal my dauthter's bank account number and then take out years of her hard owned money for something that I have nerver approved of.Finally to top it all off inquired about wanting more money to reinstate......God help us. This has to Stop!!!!!!
