They have both slandered my name to clients that I have with this company. they have been told that "I" have stolen policies and their checks and that is the reason why their policies have not been delivered!!! That is a HUGE lie and I have hired an attorney to sue them! This is called 'Defamation of Character' and it is a large letigation suit. I have had these clients call me personally and tell me this and they are all going to testify in court against them.
I was lied to about the money that I would be making and the possibilty of becoming a manager myself. I have found that policies have been signed with my name forged to them and I have contacted the MS State Commissioners office for a full investigation! I had originally brought this to the attention of the CEO of the company and needless to say, they are still working there and as far as I know nothing has been done!
I am fighting this to the fullest extent that I can. I have business that has been written in my name that I never recieved money for and I can be taxed on this at the end of the year. BEWARE of this company and the con artists that work there!

What about recruiting bonuses?

POSTED: Saturday, March 22, 2008You failed to mention the bonus a UM gets for getting a new agent over the $12,500 mark. Sounds like a good motivator to me.
***According to you, you didn't write those policies, why should you receive payment for something you didn't do?
You mean you've never heard of a UM putting policies in a new agent's name to help them get over the $12,500 level so the UM can get their bonus?
***I am sorry, your story just doesn't make sense to me and I simply don't believe it.
I don't believe you're a manager with UA.

I don't believe it!

POSTED: Thursday, October 04, 2007I am an Unit Manager with United American and for some reason, your story just doesn't make sense to me.
First of all, you complain about your name being "forged" health applications by your Unit Manager and Branch Manager. What would be the motive of your supervisors to do such a thing? How would tlhe clients of the policies be able to contact you (I am assuming they contacted via telephone) if you didn't personally give them the telephone number to call? Wouldn't you have to be present the time of the sale for that to happen?
Secondly, why are you so upset about not receiving compensation for policies you didn't write? According to you, you didn't write those policies, why should you receive payment for something you didn't do?
I am sorry, your story just doesn't make sense to me and I simply don't believe it. Perhaps you are upset you didn't receive that promotion you so hoped for?
