United Auto Credit Harrassement, Privacy Tampa Florida

I financed my vehicle through united auto credit in march 07'. I wish I hadn't. First of all if they havent recieved you payment on the due date they start calling you the day that it is due demanding that you make a payment. Even if you had mad arrangements with them. They have showed up at my home 4 days after the due date. They have discussed my account with my husbands grandmaother by calling her. they have discussed my account with my work. Isnt that illegal? I have had a very bad experiance with United auto credit.

Just like today I had mad my payment through my bank on the 20th. On the 23rd United auto credit called me saying they have not recieved my payment I let them know that I made the payment through my bank and its already been taken out of my account they said " well if we do not recieve the payment you will have to cut us another check". Well they have called me each day since than and today is the 27th. Today they said "that they still have not recieved the payment and I am going to have to stop payment on the check that the bank sent them and make a payment over the phone". Which I cannot do because the bank will not refund the money in my account for the next 4-7 days.
