United Benefit Advantage took money out of my account on 8-27-09 without my consent.  I was ordering something off of the internet and a guy called me and said it would not cost me anything to look at his program and that he would throw it in with my original order.  I agreed.  Then my account gets charged $29.99.  I did not authorize this charge, as I did not consent to order the program.  I called the same day I received the package and cancelled the account.  I talked to Patrika on 9-3-09 and she said all she could do is to send me a gas card worth $100.  I agreed.   She gave me a conformation number.

On 9-14-09 I received this gas card, which expires on 3-31-2010.  The gas card takes 8 to 10 weeks to register, then another 30 days to verify it.  Once all is verified, then you can send in $10 worth of gas receipts per month.  So, the card is worth approximately $30, and a lot of trouble.

After seeing this I called again and talked to Joann.  I offered to return the card, and just want my money back into my account.  She said everything was non refundable, and that she would send me a new gas card with a different expiration.  I told her I was not interested in the gas card and just wanted my money back.  All of these calls are recorded so I told her to go back to the first call and she will hear what the guy told me there will be no charge for just looking.  She said she would make a note of it in my file.  She also said that it was verified, otherwise she would not have received the order in the first place.  So, again, she gave me a conformation number.  I did not authorize any charge from this company!
