I tried going to their website and asking about the documents but a couple of things occurred: 1) They don't have a customer service contact number, and 2) whenever I put in my email address to request a password for the website, they don't have my email on file. Even though I KNOW they did because I used to get documents from them.
So now I am worried that my loan will never get paid off, that they will just keep sucking me for money. I searched the net and I can't find any customer service number for them, the bank couldn't find one. Can I put stop payments on it from my bank? What would they do? I don't know how to get this loan cleared up and I want to because this company is horrible & frustrating to deal with. Helllllllllllllp

How To contact United Cash Loans

They automatically renew your loan up to 4x unless you tell them otherwise. If you renew they take out the finance charge. This is only the finance charge and does NOT goes towards the balance. This is similiar to how other companies not online also operate.
Once the 4th renewal occurs they will then take a finance charge on your balance and $50.00 towards your balance. Again unless you tell them otherwise. Say for example you've renewed 3x and now you have the money to pay off the balance. You need to fax them that you want to do this and they will withdraw the whole amount and your done. I have done that before and it's worked fine.
I have also done the renewals and the balance in intervals. Once the whole loan was paid they did stop withdrawing. I did pay close to $400 on a $150.00 loan but that is because of the fees and that I dragged it out so long. You really need to read the fine print and understand how the loan operates.
