I needed some quick cash as I'm disabled and needed some very expensive prescriptions filled before my disability check would arrive. I borrowed $250.00 from these people with the agreement of a $60 finance fee and a $50 processing charge ONLY. I got the money in early July of '12. First payment of $75.00 was taken the end of July when I'd arranged for entire amount be taken the 3rd Wed. of August. Another $75.00 came out of my account the end of Aug. but then they began taking 2 payments a day once a month and also one of $75.00 or greater. I tried and tried to access my account to check what was going on and was always denied with incorrect password. I finally called and spoke with a woman who said only $10.00 had gone for the actual loan amount and the rest were late charges. How can it be late when they are taking it from my account? It wasn't the agreed arrangement anyway. I told her I wanted to pay it off and she said I had to do that through my account. I said I couldn't access my account and she gave me the same password and said it would work. It did not and never has. I finally went to my bank and have stopped payments but they got me for $555.00 and being disabled,that's a lot of money!! How this company is still in operation is beyond me!
