What does your contract say?

What are the repayment terms? If you agreed to repay the loan, there must be interest and fees detailed in the contract. Look up your contract, post it here (or at least post the terms).
Don't turn this problem into a bigger problem than it already is! If they have taken too much from you, then notify them and take them to small claims court. Collect your refund PLUS damages. Closing your account won't help without stopping the entire problem.
Let them come after you - you keep all your bank statements that show how much you paid these scumbags!~
Good luck and take care - you can win.

What I would do..

Have a new account opened and let the bank know what is going on.
Keep copies of all receipts you paid on this loan.Do not pay another dime to these scams.
If they start their phone harassment send in writing a cease letter telling them to not contact you by phone again.
Send the letter certified.
This scam will never stop until you stop it.
Let them threaten you all they want. Do not pay another dime and close down their personal piggy bank.
Good luck.
