United Collections Bureau SCAM ... 12-15 Harrassing calls per day, if I actually speak to a human, then they call 4-5x immediately after the call Toledo, Ohio

I am at my wits end with this company, they call me 12-15 times a day [maybe more, I don't know, my phone log only holds 15 calls and its always full of UCB numbers] ... the calls are always automated computer recordings so even when I pick up, there is no human to speak with ... the only way I've gotten a human is to call the number back [which then must trigger their computer system to call back more b/c I'll immediately get 4-5 more calls within 20 minutes of me proactively calling them] ...

I can't get a straight answer out of them why they are even calling me ... they say, its in regards to a personal business matter and they can't tell  me more without my social security number, date of birth, mothers' maiden name, etc. ... all the things you'd need for credit scam ...

I've asked them to stop calling me, to only contact me in writing and they refuse to stop ... I've asked for their mailing address, I sent them a letter requesting they stop (twice b/c they give PO Box 140516 Toledo, OH 43614 as their address but if you go online, it shows 5620 Southwyck Blvd # 206  Toledo, OH 43614 ... either way, when I've called a week or so after sending the letter, they report that they've never received it and we start all over again ... this has been going on for about 6 months I'd estimate, maybe longer ...

Do I have debt, sure I do, but I am repaying it directly with the original companies ... so I don't understand who this company is calling on behalf of or if they are just a scam ... but I do know that I'm getting complaints from my neighbors that my phone is ringing all day long ...

I just don't know what to do anymore ... I have read online that their corporate strategy is to brow-beat & harass people until they submit their personal information ... there has to be a way to stop this, I've had to get a second phone line just to be able to make calls and function normally without the constant trauma of [computer voice] this is a call for XXX ... if you are not XXX then please disregard ... if you are XXX etc. etc.
