Enroll in a United Concordia Dental Plan and suffer excess charges when you try to terminate.  They assess a bogus "Grace period " charge even if you submit a a caneclation letter.  they automatically assess a grace period for payment even though you notify them of terminating plan.  And then they bill this grace period assessed charge with a threatening letter that  failure to pay they are turning over to a collection agency.

Perfect scam.. they do not allow you to drop coverage without assessing an unnecessary charge.  May a just God damn them and the state Attorney General's that allow them to continue such a scam.
