The goods are grossly overpriced, but the sales person relies on the strength of his hard-luck story to win a sale so he can earn a commission. Delivery is promised within 120 days and barely makes that deadline. In our case, the book, overpriced by any standard, arrived damaged. The packaging was not damaged, so it was clear that the book was damaged before being packaged.
The book was intended as a gift, so it is worthless in its damaged form. It's clear that UD Management Group purchased this damaged book for pennies and sold it for $40, with an additional $15 delivery fee.
Be very wary of doing business with this organization.
