I've heard nothing but horror stories from several previous owner operators and some have had to take losses when leaving. It seems to be the norm from everyone I've talked to about how they short change drivers and lie about load rates. I would strongly advise any owner operators or potential company drivers seeking business or employment at United Express aka United Transportation at 1000 Elm street Rocky Hill, CT.
I sure hope these thieves are finally forced to pay for the money stolen from unsuspecting hard working owner ops and company drivers, they've been robbing for their rightfully earned compensation. Business should never work this way. You have to talk to most of their owner ops as well as company drivers and see what's the latest word on how they opperate this highway robbery company.. they mostly deal with Nursery products out of southern CT and Mail service during the holiday season. I strongly advise seeking business or employment elsewhere.
