United Gold Direct Doesn't Deliver! They charged my credit card and did not deliver the gold.  And the silver I received cost $37, nearly 70% higher than their competition, (((competitor's name redacted)))

I heard United Gold Direct from a guy at work. I called their office, and ended up buying gold to be shipped to my home. They told me it would take a few weeks.

After a few weeks and no gold, I started calling them to find out where my shipment was. I called many times but my rep Corey Harrison wouldn't call me back, so I got concerned and decided I wanted to cancel. My account executive Corey told me that 4-6 week waits are typical. Since no one would call me, I went on right to the Better Business Bureau.  They Don't Have a Better Business Bureau!!!!  After several calls and complaints with Adam Blaser, I was told that they do not offer refunds.  I began my research of Adam Blaser and I found out that he has a long history of ripping people off!

I was so hurt that I trusted them and they have not deliver the gold. They ripped me off royally because they could get away with it

I sent an email to Adam@UnitedGoldDirect.com, but he wrote me back stating that "My order was still being processed".

I was so upset I called the "state of california" to complain, and it turns out they had numerous calls about the United Gold Direct. This made me even more worried that I had been ripped off.

So I called some other gold companies, like (((competitor's name redacted))) about this thing, and they told me they're not having any problems getting gold, so I feel like United Gold Direct is lying about my gold and just took my money.

The name of this company should be United Fools' Gold! I would recommend anyone to steer clear of doing business with this company. They might look good on paper, or have a good website, but bottom line is they don't perform, and they sure as hell don't deliver. My next step is to take legal action against Corey, Adam Blazer and the United Gold Direct!  Next time buy from a reputable company like (((competitor's name redacted))).

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. Again, this is a hoax

AUTHOR: United Gold Direct - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, November 06, 2009

Yes, this report is a hoax. We have again looked at our files and confirmed that we have no record of a customer named M. Whitman, from Cheyenne Wyoming either. We also contacted the State Library located in Cheyenne, and out of the twenty people who employed there, they also have no record of anyone by that name EVER working there.

We would welcome anyone reading this rebuttal to check it out as well and call the State Library located in Cheyenne.

Again, we are disturbed that people in our industry will stoop so low to fraudulently disparage another company in their industry rather than focus on their own customers experience. We stand by our original conclusion that without a doubt, this allegation is nothing more than a disgruntled competitor envious of how we exceed our customers expectations by delivering metals in a timely manner and at competitive prices. Furthermore, this alleged report posted by SSmith222 (now M. Whitman), is strikingly similar to other reports filed against other companies, specifically report #456210 filed in March '09 and report #465545 filed in August '09. Who knows how many other false reports have been filed by this person.

Your company is the Hoax!

This report is absolutely NOT a HOAX!  Of course you would say that.  To this day Mr. Blaser I have not received my gold. Where is my gold buddy?

To all reading this is my name is M. Whitman  I work at State Library in Cheyenne.   So does the friend that referred me this company.  I now have an attorney and am seeking legal action against you and your company.   Did you think that your attorney calling my phone was going to scare me boy?  I live in Wyoming, every one of my neighbors is honest and hardworking Americans.  We believe in the constitution, we obey the law and believe in our rights to free speech and right to bare arms.

Son, what you guys are doing over there aint right!  I am a 72 year old grandfather.   It aint right at all.  I should have known something was up when I read the back of your flier, that says, "In Gold We Trust" instead of "In God We Trust".  I will get my money back.

The constitution is on my side and I will win.

Buy locally

AUTHOR: Flynrider - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 20, 2009

Because of the amount of money involved, I almost never buy gold over the Internet.  In the few cases that I have, it has been with well established dealers that were around before the Internet.

I've had the best experience buying locally.  You hand over your cash, you get your gold, done deal.  Most brick and mortar dealers will sell at price that is very close to what the Internet dealers sell for, once you account for the highly insured postage fees paid for online purchases.
