United Health Care UHC does not pay claims correctly, overcharges for doctors visits and medications Internet

Do not get United Health Care for your medical insurance.  They pay claims incorrectly, mistakenly charging you a co-pay when you don't have one.  Then when you call, they give you the runaround and claim they will correct the problem, but they never do.  The prescription co-pays are very expensive as are all the co-pays for doctor's visits.  When you call, the wait on hold is very long.  No one will give you their direct phone #.  Sometimes they won't even give you the name of who is handling your claim, they just tell you it's gone to the "claims specialist".  When you ask for their name and #, they tell you they don't have it.  They tell you someone will call you back to resolve your issue, but no one ever calls back.  Worst health insurance I have ever had.  Worst customer service for an insurance company I have ever experienced.  Horrible all around.  I will switch as soon as I can.
