United Imaging Partners Curt Dimmick No Dice on Business Advice Marble Falls, Texas

We were interested in starting a 3D Ultrasound studio and started searching for franchise partners. We interviewed two and decided to go with Curt and Kathy Dimmick of United Imaging Partners. The written agreement stated clearly that we would give them $5,000 up front and they would help us write a business plan and secure financing. In the event that we would not be able to secure financing, they agreed to refund us half of the $5,000 fee.  We applied with three separate banks and finance companies and were turned down. We have been trying to get Curt to send us back the $2,500 he promised, and after several calls back and forth, our calls are now being forwarded directly to his voicemail. We are feeling like this might have been a scam.
