United Online Collections Division Do they think we are stupid! this company is fraudenlent! Woodland Hills, California

First of all let me say..These people are crazy! We cancelled our netzero account almost three years ago, because we kept having problems with netzero! Our account was set-up to be bankdrafted and we called and had them to stop all proceedings once we found another online company. We have not heard anything else from these idiots and we were assured that our account had been cancelled and now they are sending us a letter stating " you owe us $43.70!

I don't care if it's .50 they are claiming we owe, we owe them nothing! except a HALLELUJAH, thank God we are rid of them! After three years, they are now threatning us with a collection and to blemish our credit. Evendentally they did not think we would dispute this claim, but rest assured, they have targeted the wrong people! As hard as it is to keep your credit in good standing, after three years..they want to try and scam people..don't think so, we too, will be looking at a class action suit if they try and blemish our credit.

This is a scam and they want us to send them our credit card information within 30 days or else. The number you call on the letter does not give you a person, it directs you to write them if you have any concerns...that's another tell tell sign that this is a fradulent way of getting money out of people. We are not sending a dime! and i am also going to file a complaint with the BBB against this company.
