United Plus Processing SCAM! Took my money no results Tustin, California

I was contacted by Jesse Ransom from United Plus Processing. They told me that they have clearance from the HAMP program to assist with loan modification. They took my financial information and told me that I qualified for a rate reduction to 2% for 30 or 40 years (I choose), a principal loan reduction of $40-44k on my loan and a 90 day grace period for monthly payments ( I have emails to prove all). I was told they charge $895 in order to prepare all the documents submit to the bank and get my loan modified. That didnt happen. They messed up my documents thus I had to fill them out and resubmit to the bank. Bottom line this company is a scam. They get you deposit the fee for their services in cash into one of their accounts and do just enough work to seem like they did their job but they are a scam. After I emailed them wanting my money back they told me my loan was done and all I needed to do was give them the arrearages for my loan so they can finalize everything and send me my loan documents. I wasnt comfortable giving them any money until I have the loan documents. When I told them that they got nasty claiming that Im the one being difficult. They claim to have an office but they dont they wouldnt see me. They gave me a money back guarantee but they dont give you your money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company its a scam. I filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General of CA but Im still out my time and money not to mention the hope of getting my loan modified. All their rebuttals on the internet are lies. Beware.
