We are a military family that was on a very short schedule so we decided it would be best to hire a moving company to do our move from PA to SC. After exploring all companys, we found this one was the best deal as far as mileage and $$. You know how they always say "you get what you pay for?" This is very true in this story. I had kept up communication with the company and we had agreed on a date for the move. I had paid the required deposits and waited for the agreed date to come. The company had said they would be there between 12-1 pm on the date. They had called that morning and said they would need the time window to be extended to 12-5pm. I was a little upset because we needed to get to bed so we could hit the road very early the next morning but I had already paid and was kinda forced to agree. 5pm came and went and around 6pm, I had called and asked what the problem was. They said they were behind on another move and would be at our house NO later than 8-9pm. We received a call at 8:15pm from the non-english speaking driver who said the truck broke down and he would need 3 hours to get to us.When I asked where he was, he picked a highway that was 20 min from our home. After he knew he had been caught in a lie, he told me I was a (female dog) and to hire another company and then hung up on me. The company never came to get out stuff, we ended up being late for my husbands report date to the new AFB and we needed to struggle to find a UHAUL on a saturday which is nearly impossible. So ... take mhy advice and DO NOT use this place! Major rip off
