Peter Kin (named used) call and told me they had tried 2x to send my $100.00 gift card to my address and it had come bac and since they had been paid the shipping and handling accout; it was due me. I gave him my correct address. athen he said he needed my Visa card number. When I asked him why he claimed he needed it to resend my gift card and promised me that he would not take anything out of my account. I told him everybody had been charging items to my account that I did not order and he apologized. I gave him my Visa debit card number and the thre number on the back. Then he wanted to connect me to someone else to get my pin and verification account number and that I would have to give my Visa Debit card number to a recording machine & I again asked why did I have to give my number again; he had it. I told him he could keep the gift card and the money that I had already paid. When I asked him his name; he gave me a name, I asked the name of the company and he said United Benefits in Arizona. I asked what city, he said Phoenix. When he tried to connect me to the recording machine, I hung up. He called me two times and all the numbers for his phone numbers were zeros; I wouldn't answer. The phone number for the company (1-800-815-7509) was disconnected. I checked my account and I be doggone if he hadn't taken a dollar out of my account! After I pay my bills Wednesday; I will have to cancel my debit card again to protect my account.
