On 04/09/13 I sent a certified letter with return
receipt(label #70103090000176246134). On 04/16/13 I sent a letter with a return
receipt(label #70112970000196716548). I still did not receive any return
receipt. I submitted a complaint with a case confirmation #CA112883834 on
04/22/13, still no response. No wonder, people prefer internet, Fedex and UPS.
