United States Postal Services USPS Had to pay Twice the fee for a lost Insured package, With no Delivery ,returend 21 days later to me !!! Internet

shipped a package out using USPS parcel post with insurance and delivery confirmation it reached distention within the 2-8 Business days , but it wasn't delivered and was sent back to me without any explanation on line ,(usually they hold at post office for 15 days), after a call to the USPS i was told i will fined out the reason why it was returned after i receive back the package.

Package made it back to JAX ,FL (300 Miles from me) , was put back on the next truck back to TX state, and sat there for ever with no other updated scans on line, i called every day and spoke to problem all the staff people and told the delivery service to deliver the package to distention Post office and hold there so the receiver can pick it up from the office and it was documented wit case # i have on file.

i called there (( Consumer Affairs...they call it that)) and complained about the no response from anyone regarding the package location ..they told me" Sir all we can do is wait " and "you can file a insurance Claim after 21 day" and " there is NO GUARANTY ON the SERVICE ".!!!!!

OK ,after 21 days Package Still lost USPS don't know what happened to it, i go on line and file a insurance claim.

later i get my mail and what a surprise my wrinkle package arrives with the mailman and asking me to pay $13 because they returned it to me and will not give me my package unless i pay the money so i paid for shipping it the first time and fee to insure it and it was never deliver and had to pay to get it back.

and i wounder why they are having problems and shutting down post office's and lain off workers ?

from now on  i will avoid shipping with USPS as much as i can.
