I had another similar Invoice from a government agency last year and I paid the bill without searching on the internet under "Complaints." Los Angeles , California

These scams seem to originate in Los Angeles many times. The State Government offices are in Sacramento which is another RED FLAG. So buyer beware! In business, one must always be cautious!
