United Vacation Network Real nice until they got our money! Largo Florida

In March of 2007, we went to this seminar to win a free cruise. Sat through the production and actually got interested. We vacation alot, so we thought what they were selling sounded great and would save us alot of money.

Wrong! First of all, we have never seen the free cruise. It went from free to at least $360 in fees that we would have to pay, BEFORE, picking and confirming the cruise.

Next, we tried using one of our mini-vacation's because we were promised 4 of them to use at any time. We couldn't use one because every place we chose from their so called list on their so called website, was full. EVERYONE! They also told us, after paying, that we can only use one mini-vacation a year.

The website they tell us to chose our vacation spots from has absolutely nothing. You pick a city and they pick the resort or hotel. You have to put 3 choices in everytime and those choices have to be in different places at different times. When you want to vacation somewhere, people normally know where they want to go. But with UVN you really don't get the choice.

My big issue is that it cost $7500 and they promised all these savings butyet you can't get a vacation if your life depended on it. They are never available and plus, you must be really lucky if you ever get a hold of anyone on the phone.

The only good thing that came from that miserable day with UVN was that we got zero percent financing for the rest of the money they get to rip off of us. Well at least for the next 30 months.

I wish that someone could tell me how to get our money back or at least the money that we still owe them. It has been the worst experience of my life.
