United Vacation Network Phillip Tillson only one available unit in the 3 cities and 2 dates requested and cannot get an answer if the unit is on the beach or across the street. This is not the first time we have tried to use the services w Internet

We have been members since June 2007 and have paid yearly fees.  We have tried using the services and have not been able to get the places or dates we request.  Currently we have requested two dates and 3 cities, we have given the 180 days advance notice.  We cannot get any answers like is the unit on the beach, now we have been told that there is only 1 place available NOT IN THE CITIES WE HAVE REQUESTED.  This is not the first time this has happened, we have yet to find a city or date we would like.  This company is only interested in getting your money and they will not fulfill any of the promises made in the contract that WE sign and their staff  SIGNED/PROMISED when they TOOK OUR money.  This company is a SCAM/RIPOFF.  I WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW BEWARE.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY.  WE HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AND WOULD BE INTERESTED IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT TO GET OUR MONEY BACK OR AT THE LEAST MAKE THE COMPANY FULLFILL THEIR END OF THE SIGNED CONTRACT.
