I have had this insurance for my husband and I since 2009, our ages are 18 years apart. I am 54 and he is 72. It has come to my attention as of last year that they were not sending my statements to me as they had been, so I was using my own statments making payments, I mailed Larry Crossen a letter to this effect as to why we were not getting our statements & why this was happenig, he wrote back and said they were sorry that every thing was good and that they had mis posted our payments, so we only owed for December 2012, I mailed this payment, I have the receipts, I then waited for the January statement for my husband and I , we did not receive it so I mailed a payment and low and behold they cashed both checks stating January payments, I received a letter after sending payments for February and March double payment due to them not sending statements to us stating that they wanted us to cash in our policy. as well to come to thier office, what you need to know is that I told them I would obtain an attorney due to them doing this to us. I have had to fedex letters to them 2 x's in which they delayed answers to my letters showing them of the issues, when you call thier customer service number, they have you on hold for a long time , they tell you they will call you back but by time they do the person on the other end is so rude to you , I personally got frustrated and hung up.
I recently was told by my husband that some woman called and said they want us to go thier office to reinstate. I believe they need to come to our home like they did last year when they wanted us to up our policy to more than we wanted.
I have every paid reciept that we paid up to date and they are deliberately holding our Februrary and March payment so that our policy will laspe.
