UnitedHealthcare - United Healthcare Insurance Company Excludes all Privacy Rights,shares info with undisclosed entities Internet

After reading the questionnaire we were asked to authorize by signing, it became so noticably apparent that what was contained in it must be looked into more closely.

These people want not only the employee information but also the family info, medical history and permission to share it with all and any of their business associates, affiliates, entities and their affiliates, associates, entities and clearing houses as well as share and gather any and all information from them for a period of 30 months!

Also to waive all federally protected privacy regulations.  What kind of nonsense is this?  An employee questionnaire that asks permission to do such things is more likely to show up in a marketing department with one goal in mind and that is to sell your private information.  We were advised not to sign it but are still being pressured to do so.

Could this be something the insurance agent/rep is responsible for, or the employer's plan administrator?
