Universal Administrators FBK Products (this company writes the WARRANTY but is the SAME company as Universal Administrators RIP OFF WARRANTIES. Louisville, Kentucky

Just a warning to anyone out there who is in the market for an appliance warranty.  DO NOT purchase one single thing from FBK (also known as Universal Administrators)  They may say they arem't associated but they are one and the same according to one of their employees .  I purchased a warranty from them (FBK) in August, 2011.  My refrigerator went out in Januaaty 2012 and when I called Universal I was told I would have to find someone myself to repair it as they had no one in my zip code area to do the repair.  WHAT...Houston Metro area?? 

It took months for me to be fully reimbursed during which time I was lied to by something by the name of GABRIEL.  He lies about everything.  I was told at one point a check had been issued and mailed to me so I asked what the check number was and finally when I did receive a check much later it was not the number he had given me. Another thing by the name of Dana is equelly distrustfull and rude.

As of August 8th, 2012 my Visa card was charged in the amount of $399.99 by FBK. This was an unauthorized charge.  No notification of renewal was sent to me requesting whether or not I wanted to renew. What would make this crooked company think, after all the problems, that I would buy anything from them.  After having read all of the complaints written about these people it totally surprises me that they are still in business.  C'mon, let's stop them lying and ripping people off...let's put them out of business.  Also, immediately refund the charge they made to my Visa back to the bank that holds my Visa account
