On 3/29/2013 at approximately 17:00 i arrived at the Universal City Nissan dealership. I talked to Sales Manager German Flores on the phone where he convinced me that I AM pre-approved and that I can deal with him since the last 2 sales people I talked to at this dealership lied to me about substantial things. I told him I was pre-approved and the female that called me was refusing to tell me who financed me and what is their info. SO I wait for hours.  German was nice and honest and professional to me. But he is the only person at that dealership that did not lie to me. After being told that I was pre-approved for an auto loan,  I arrived at the dealership. I met German, who promised me that everything will be fine. I waited for over 4 hours. Then I get approved for real this time and I am sent to the F&I department to sign loan documents. I had been told I was approved by German at this time. So here I am, approved by a finance company called Westlake. 

I was sitting with Tony and I told him that I don't want any extra added service contracts or extended warranty. Then he told me: "I don't know if we can do your loan if you refuse to take the legally fully optional service contract and gap insurance coverage. So then he goes and tells his boss i am refusing to take the added optional things on my loan and I was asked to leave the dealership immediately. Not 5 minutes later but immediately. After being told that he is breaking the law at this point, he aggreed to take off the service contract but refused to take off the gap insurance coverage. These facts are so illegal in the auto finance business that there are laws against this. I will have the itemized list of consumer finance lending law violations as well as the Business and Profession code violations at court time. 

I cant wait to meet Morrie Sage in person at court time. I hope the dealership doesn't think that I will withdrawl the lawsuit after its filed just because they are regretful about this later. Universal City Nissan Inc., (a California corporation), Tony (after I get his full name and address from the state Board of Consumer Affairs) as well as all employees I had contact with are going to get sued.

Tony told me that Westlake Finance are the ones that say gap insurance is required. Tom at Westlake Financial told me that this is not true. Just another lie from UCN!

Then this scam artist Tony falsified my loan application himself. He said everything I have points to another address and so why dont we just use that address. So now he is conspiring to commit financal crimes. Then he changed it. I couldn't believe it. I have never seen a dealership with more lying employees and i have seen many as I was a Finance Company Manager myself, many years ago. But this is fraud.
