When I applied for this card I thought I had gone about it responsibly and even called to ask questions to determine whether or not they were reputable.

I was told I would receive my statement by mail at the end of the month and could also access my account online.

I used the card all month and paid the balance due.No problems.

Then,the next thing I know I was charged a $75.00 late fee.I called immediately to ask why and was told that it required payment BI-MONTHLY (???) Was NOT informed of this.

I then payed my balance again and the next month I saw that my balance was MORE than I had charged in fuel.I like to NEVER navigated the site to retrieve my invoice and it listed no fees so I called again and was told that my online payment was not received and I had YET ANOTHER fee.I thought well,I intend to pay this off and close it.

I made my payment online on the 25th of May as it was due the 27th.I checked my account on the 28th and it was STILL not processed.I called AGAIN and was told that the processing took 2 days.I said OK...I paid it on the 25th.He said NO...it would take 2 days AFTER the holiday.OMG!!! In other words,we are going to charge you a late fee EVERY month regardless of what you do.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was not one.I asked who I needed to contact other than customer service and was told there was noone else to speak to and he kept asking me "Is there anything else I can do for you?"

I said "I paid my account before the due date and I dont intend to pay you any more fees" He says "Well thats up to you" I said "I will close my account" He says "Thats fine".

I had this account 3 months and they charged me $150.00 in bogus fees!! Just shameful!!
