We were told by an employee that late charges would be compensated and were not. We were told that they understood what was going on, and obviously didn't. They told us " that we didn't know what we were talking about."
We have sent bank statements where they debit out account the day that was alotted and they still say that our payment is late. This company is very unethical. If Jason Dey is still the chief financial officer of Fleetcor, then his company needs to get their s**t together.
