Universal Property and Casulty Insurance declined my $40,000.00plus water damage to white oak hardwood floor of two millions dollar home in Tampa. In fact they cancelled my policy all the way to October of 2009. They calimed that I had lien recoreded at the same time i took the policy. I never had bad insurance company. This company should be suite with class action lawsuite.
