Now I'm "paying" $29.95 a month because I couldn't cancel my account in time. I called about 4 days after I "payed" for one month of service, I told them that i wanted to cancel my account, they said "Okay, but we will keep you online for another 24 hours in case some unfinished payments come in." I thought "Whatever." so I allowed them to.
One week later the account is still online and I cannot get a refund because it's simply "not allowed". I contacted Amazon.com and asked them about uwcoffice.com, but they never heard of the name prior to my mentioning of it. This was the first time they even knew that clients were being sent to Amazon.com through this website.
