They kept giving buyers another month for any and all reasons. Supposedly buyers paid the money we asked but had to have time to get other money for closing together. That was suppose to of been paid in September 2012.
As of today 10/18/2012 they said buyers would not have it until November 15,2012. Messages left for sales manager Harry Hughes were never returned! This company continually make excuses and you get a different story each time.
This has cost us each month for storage, quarterly membership fees and the anxiety on both my husband and I. We had it in the paper when they contacted us and missed 3 or 4 sales due to their lies.
