I was really interested in what Uniway had to offer. I was a little concerned about Always shopping online and had decided that I may not be ready to buy into that concept.
The salesman at the Columbia, SC store decided to try one more time to entice me and almost had me until he said 'Oh come on...if you want to say NO, just say NO but don't give me your invalid reasons'. Seriously?!!? Any reason I have is mine and I'm entitled to it. It is not invalid!!!!
He lost the very expensive 'lifetime' membership fee plus his $150.00 commission that he would have gained from my signing up plus the annual renewal fee each year.
Moral of the story? If you want to spend the money for the privilege of shopping that you may never do because it will always be online or from a catalog and you'll have to wait for your product, go for it. It may not be that bad of a concept for you. If you want a good insulting for the day, just go see the guys in the Columbia, SC Uniway location. You'll get just what you're looking for.
