He placed an order via credit card for a Cingular unlocking code on 2008-11-07 10:54:59 GMT+1 Time. Code was not found in the Cingular database and we asked him to confirm his cell phone's IMEI number in case it was submitted incorrectly. He then replied with a threat. He was then refunded in FULL on 2008-11-07 23:15:47 GMT+1 Time (LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER).
