Unlocktotalk UNLOCKTOTALK.COM Charged me $149.95 to have phones unlocked to I could switch providers 3 mths ago & told me today my phones wouldn't work & they refuse refund Internet

I ordered unlocktotalk for 5 phones so that I could use the phones I have to switch providers. Unlocktotalk emailed me 5 different emails ( one for each phone ) with instructions as to how to unlock the phones. I followed the instructions given & it still didn't work. I emailed and had someone name brain hoffer email me back stating I was doing it all wrong but if I would give him full access to my computer he could try to do it that way. I did refuse him or anyone to remotely have access to my computer due to all the personal information. He said that he couldn't help me then. I had paid for the service through PayPal, which too $149.95 out of my account immediately. The very next day I filed a dispute with PayPal since the unlocktotalk has 100% customer satisfaction posted on the 1st page of their website. Off their site "100% Money Back Guaranteed - Easy Phone UnlockingExpert USA Company With Over 3 Years Experience: Guaranteed cell phone unlocking by a USA company with telephone customer service " also says:
"Unlocking Cell Phones For Any Service Provider Worldwide " and finally it also has " Our Cell Phone Unlocking Service is the fastest and most reliable in The United States. Our Cell Phone Unlock Codes will unlock your phone or we will refund your money in full!"
Well I have tried everything they have send to try to no avail! Then today when I talked to someone with customer service he told me that since my old phones didn't have sim cards in them then their company would be able to unlock my hone unless I wend with a different provider. Since their services won't work on my phones I asked for a refund, but was told I would NOT get a refund & if anyone did would be fired!
Take from personal experience don let unlock to talk take advantage for you too

When you purchase an unlock code for a cell phone it is YOUR responsibility to do several things.
1.) Make sure the phone you have can be unlocked and used in the Country you want to use it in.
2.) Make sure the carrier allows unlocked cell phones.
These codes are not free hidden somewhere that only Unlocktotalk has access to. They have to order these codes and they cost money. They do not get refunded becasue their customer was too dumb to do their research so why should they refund the customer?
Unlocking a cell phone only allows you to use talk and text on another cell phone provider that accepts sim cards. Nothing else. If internet doesnt work, not their problem. If anything else doesnt work, not their problem. If the carrier doesnt want you to use the phone, then its not their problem.
And people really need to find out what they are buying before they buy it. You waste peoples time this way. If you have cdma cell phones and do not want someone to program them for you, which cannot be done by a code, then dont order the d*mn things.

In reading this more thoroughly it sounds like he had his phones flashed or reprogrammed, not unlocked. It also states clearly on the order page that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for a service provider not being willing to activate the phones we flash or reprogram. It also states clearly on the website that our service DOES NOT ENABLE INTERNET!
Please take responsibility for your own ignorance instead of expecting something that was not advertised after we completed the service that was. This service to flash 5 phones takes over 30 minutes per phone. It is obvious why we cannot refund this service. We don't work for free. Do you?

Please take the time to become educated rather than expecting others to pay for your mistakes because you are not. This is like saying the 5 sandwhiches you bought from Subway and already ate didn't taste good because you forgot to mention that you wanted mustard on them, so you want a refund from Subway. Do you think they will refund? Of course not, so why should we?
