Unsecured Loan Source Loan Deception Lighthouse Point, Florida

I had been searching for a loan to help pay off some bills, but mostly for dental work and to obtain a vehicle. After searching I found Unsecured Loan Source I had spoken with Lori and on  August 3, 2012 I paid $499.00 after being promised that in 3 days I could have said loan. As of today Sept. 22, 2012 I still have received a loan and with them in and out of my credit where I was in the 600 now I'm in the low 5's and with my being on a fixed income it really makes it harder to get a loan now.

I have spoken with Isabella, Lori, and David Stern. They did inform me that one company said they would do the loan if I had a co-signer that lived with me, I live alone, so I asked if they could find a company that would do it with my co signer living in another home, they said they couldnt find one so on the 3rd of Sept I requested my funds back from David Stern, looking at the paperwork I have it does not say they WILL NOT REFUND and it does not say how long you have to get financing.

It does say that "if you are not approved by lenders they submit your application to and are able to obtain an unsecured loan(s) or credit lines (excluding credit cards) from ANY institution on your own they will refund your packaging fee in full, providing you supply acceptable verification. My problem since they have gotten my credit score lowered by searching I can not get a loan now, and that money was funds I sacrificed to get the loan so I could have dental work and obtain a vehicle, pay off a few bills. I dont know if you all can help me, but I wouyld love to either get a loan or my money refunded as they have not done anything and have not contacted me in the past 3 weeks.
